Continual Support
After Care was created from the belief that children should never have to age out of care or lose the support of a family home. The program extends care beyond Basic Care by providing dormitory-style housing, tuition assistance, and continued financial, emotional, and relational support as young adults transition into independent living.
Participants in the After Care program receive guidance in budgeting and financial planning to prepare for long-term independence. They are also encouraged to pursue higher education or vocational certification programs as they pursue their dreams and create a bright future.
